I've been using this as part of my hair care routine because I've noticed more hair shedding lately, and I absolutely love how convenient it is! I spray it on my hair before blow-drying after shampooing, and since my scalp tends to be oily and I'm sensitive to that greasy, weighed-down feeling, I'm really impressed that this doesn't leave that heavy residue at all!! I really appreciate the cooling effect it provides! It doesn't absorb super quickly, but it leaves my hair feeling light and non-greasy, so I'm comfortable using it both morning and night. The scent is a soft herbal and citrus blend with barely any artificial fragrance. Results: When my scalp feels tight or itchy, this really helps calm it down. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I noticed my hair roots feel less weighed down and my scalp's oil balance seems more stable. I wouldn't expect dramatic changes in hair thickness or hair loss prevention in the short term, but since it reduces scalp odor and oiliness, it should indirectly help with hair loss caused by excess sebum production on oily scalps. The dispenser releases quite a bit of product each time I press it, so it takes some getting used to in terms of controlling the amount.
