The texture has a nice medium grain size, and it doesn't emphasize pores at all! The compact is too tight and awkward to store. This is the Oprah Pillow Talk shade, and I love it because the base tone is cooler and lighter, making it so much easier to work with. If you felt the original Pillow Talk looked too dark on you because of its undertone, definitely try this one. Yes, it's a wet formula, but it applies beautifully with just as much luminosity as the original Oprah shade, and it looks gorgeous. The pearl particles are noticeable, but they're not overwhelming at all. It has this silky, shimmering finish and it's absolutely stunning. Since it's a wet formula, the shelf life isn't as long as you might hope. That said, for the price point, it's totally worth giving it a try.
