It's not overly slick and feels refreshingly clean, I'd say? That's pretty much all there is to it. I found the cleansing power to be almost nonexistent. I ran out of my usual brand and grabbed this one in a pinch because of the affordable price. I thought when I soaked a cotton pad and placed it on my eyes, the makeup would dissolve somewhat, but nothing happened and I was really disappointed. When I tried rubbing it, the product just smeared messily everywhere, making it even harder to remove the makeup. I even tried saturating the cotton pad generously, but my eyes just felt tight and uncomfortable, and the makeup still wouldn't come off properly. I ended up having to use a cleansing water to remove everything, and now my eye area is red, irritated, and feels sensitized. I picked this up because it's gentle and offers great value for the price, and I'm really happy with it! It removes makeup so easily in just 3 seconds. I wear contacts and am prone to conjunctivitis, but this doesn't irritate my eyes at all—it's fantastic. Great value for money. Even when I apply bold eye makeup, this cleanser lifts it away effortlessly on a cotton pad and leaves my skin perfectly clean without any residue. I'm almost done with this bottle and planning to stock up on it later. The price-to-quality ratio is so good that I think I've found my go-to product.

This cleanser has the best cleansing power. Honestly, a friend of mine who does professional stage makeup for dance performances recommended it to me, and I've been loyal to it ever since. I've never even wanted to try other products because I'm so satisfied with both the price and the results. I keep repurchasing it. As for irritation and fragrance: I started using it when I was dealing with breakouts, and it wasn't irritating at all. My eyes don't sting either! There's basically no fragrance to speak of. Some people mention it feels a bit oily, but since I only use it to remove eye makeup, I don't apply it all over my face. Even though I have oily skin, it worked great for me! I'm on my third bottle and can see I'm already working through it! This makeup remover truly erases everything beautifully. First, my eyes don't feel irritated or stung at all, which is honestly amazing because I have really sensitive eyes that get easily irritated and uncomfortable. This one doesn't bother them one bit. Second, the cleansing power is fantastic. I use it with mascara primer too, and it dissolves everything so smoothly and wipes away effortlessly. I don't wear dark lipstick, so I can't speak to how well it removes bold lip colors, but I'm impressed with how it handles everything else. I really don't have any complaints. The only minor thing is that waterproof mascara takes a tiny bit longer to remove, but honestly, if I let it sit on my eyes for a moment and let it dissolve properly, it comes right off. I actually prefer using this with a dedicated mascara remover anyway because I like a clean, quick wipe-away, and that combination works perfectly for me. It's not bad at all. The cleansing power is pretty solid, and I appreciate that it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or greasy and uncomfortable. My eyes sting quite a bit. When a little bit got into my eye, it turned red and I couldn't stop tearing up.
