I've been using this for about two weeks now, and it's honestly perfect as a light coverage cushion for brightening or sun protection. I didn't find anything disappointing about it, and it didn't cause any breakouts. I'd definitely recommend it. For quick outings, I definitely recommend applying sunscreen, and I love this sun cushion because it doesn't get all over your hands and is super convenient and fast to apply. It gives that flawless, cushion-applied finish that makes your skin look like you've done a full face of makeup, and it seems to smooth out skin texture, so your complexion looks really refined. For my oily skin type, it might feel a bit greasy as time goes on. When I first apply it, it doesn't go on completely dry and powdery—it's kind of a mix where it feels powdery but applies slightly damp, which isn't ideal for oily skin. Later on, my forehead gets really shiny. Since this isn't a full foundation cushion, the wear time is somewhat short and there's some darkening. It also settles into fine lines and creases, especially along my eyelid crease and around my nostrils. I love using this as a lightweight daily alternative to cushion foundation. I've seen some reviews mentioning skin irritation, but honestly, my complexion has actually improved since I switched to this instead of my regular cushion. The coverage is practically nonexistent. The applicator puff isn't great. The product amount is really minimal. If you don't prep your skin well, it shows and separates easily. The staying power is disappointing. I really love that this cushion compact is so convenient and easy to use cleanly. The shade is absolutely perfect for my skin tone, and the staying power is impressive even by my standards. The built-in puff is honestly... really disappointing. Since I have sensitive skin, I kept getting these hard, irritated breakouts every time I used it. When you get the amount just right, it gives you a beautiful, natural brightening effect without looking overdone, and it leaves your skin feeling wonderfully hydrated. That's what I loved about it. However, if you don't measure it carefully, it might look a bit too heavy, so you really need to nail the application amount. The staying power wasn't great for me. By evening, it starts to break down, and while it does fade somewhat gracefully, the color completely disappears from the cheek area. So the longevity is a bit disappointing. If you apply it directly without prepping your skin first, it'll look patchy everywhere. Make sure to prep your base thoroughly.

If you catch it on sale bundled with a refill, that's definitely the way to go and you'll save money. But if you have sensitive skin like me, I'd recommend buying just one first to test it out. This product was such a great starting point for me that I've already gone through two bottles! For my skin type, it feels incredibly hydrating and leaves my complexion looking fresh and refined. Since it's a sun cushion, I found the wear time wasn't quite long enough, and the coverage felt a bit sheer. My skin felt a little uncomfortable and restricted throughout the day. The tone-up effect was decent. For oily skin, I didn't get that super-matte finish feeling, but it was satisfactory overall. Either the ingredients didn't work for my skin or I had an allergic reaction—my face kept itching and getting these raised bumps like mosquito bites. I ended up throwing it away, which was such a shame.
