I've finished one bottle. I was surprised because even though it's labeled as an essence, it comes out like water. It's lightweight, but when I actually apply it, there's a real hydrating feel to it. The scent is pleasant and it doesn't feel heavy, which I really appreciate. I didn't experience any breakouts and the fragrance isn't overpowering, but the formula is very watery. If you're not a fan of liquid-type formulas, I'd skip this one.

But honestly, this product really showed me that natural ingredients aren't one-size-fits-all for everyone's skin. My face turned red right after applying it and I felt some irritation. However, when I used it on my back with a hydrating toner, it actually worked great and kept my skin moisturized. This product is really hit-or-miss depending on your skin type. When I want to keep things simple with hydration, I just apply the toner, essence, and emulsion, and my skin stays moisturized beautifully. The texture glides on smoothly and feels so refreshing and dewy—I really love it. Gentle formula with nourishing ingredients and no irritation. Currently on a buy-one-get-one promotion. Apply before bed and wake up to incredibly soft, smooth skin. On those lazy days, this single product does the trick for me. Even during the hottest summer months, this product alone doesn't provide enough hydration. It just can't tackle dryness effectively. It's easy to use without any fuss. Great value for money, and even though it's a water-based formula, the hydration is better than I expected. After using it for a while, I noticed a subtle warming sensation and a heavy feeling on my skin. I also saw my pores getting larger, so I stopped using it on my face. This formula is gentle and hydrating. The texture is a bit lightweight, but it works wonderfully as a toner. It uses a pump dispenser instead of a spray, which is a bit disappointing, but honestly that's the only downside.

I love how simple the ingredient list is. Besides the plant extracts, it's just purified water, propanediol, glycerin, fructan, sodium hyaluronate, and panthenol - that's it! 2. If you have oily skin, you probably reach for water-based toners a lot. The thing is, they tend to dry out quickly and lose their hydration fast. But this essence? It keeps my skin moisturized without feeling sticky or heavy at all. 3. My skin is sensitive - it's thin, gets red easily, and I deal with heat sensitivity and occasional breakouts. Honestly, I was worried, but this product hasn't caused any irritation whatsoever. I'm really happy about that! I honestly can't find anything to complain about. I grabbed it during a buy-one-get-one promotion at the store, so the value was incredible. I'm not sure if they're still running that deal, but either way, it's worth it. Pro tip: gently pat and tap it into your face with your fingertips to help it absorb better and boost hydration. Even though it's not a super lightweight formula that evaporates instantly, it absorbs really well into the skin!
