The formula itself hydrates my face really well. However, the stiff sheet material doesn't adhere properly to my skin, which is disappointing compared to other sheet masks. There's no immediate irritation, but the scent is a concern. It's thin and soft, but instead of conforming smoothly to my skin, it feels stiff and rigid, so it won't adhere properly. I'm not sure why, but I combined several SK-II samples I received at once, and dead skin cells started peeling off like crazy. (Check the photo.) When I applied Facial Treatment Cleanser, Facial Treatment Essence, Facial Treatment Mask, and Genoptics Aurora Essence all together, it looked like someone melted paper on my face and let it harden. The more I gently rubbed my skin, the more it happened. Are these SK-II products incompatible with each other, or is the essence the problem? And honestly, why would I buy a Japanese product when there are concerns about the Fukushima issue? I can't believe a 20,000 won mask pack had such poor quality. There are plenty of Korean-made masks with better ingredients at lower prices. There's really no reason to buy SK-II anymore. *Review the next day: The peeling was caused by the mask! There were thread-like marks on the scissors I used to cut the mask.
