This sunscreen cushion feels incredibly hydrating and dewy on the skin. It does have a white cast, so as a shade 23, applying it all over makes me look way too pale. The more I apply, the more it looks like theatrical makeup. That's why before I go out, I carefully apply a tube sunscreen first, then add foundation or cushion on top. Around lunchtime, I use this sun cushion to lightly touch up my T-zone and especially my cheeks. I love that it provides UV protection and gives a subtle brightening effect. For shade 23, it becomes too white and chalky, so you really need to blend it out thinly and carefully. I washed the puff and kept getting sunscreen residue coming out, which felt uncomfortable, so I ended up throwing it away. I really appreciate that it's mineral-based and has such a strong cushion formula... It wasn't for me, unfortunately. Since I have extremely dry skin, when I applied it without properly prepping my skin first, it started pilling and got messy. Plus, I noticed some white cast happening. It only works okay when I use it alone. And honestly, it made my face feel a bit itchy.

It doesn't feel sticky at all, and since this line's sunscreen is already my holy grail product, I'm really happy with this sun cushion too. It feels like you need to press down harder compared to regular cushions to get enough product out.
