I used this really well when I was dealing with breakouts. It worked smoothly and did the job without any issues. I didn't find it to be particularly effective at calming troubled skin. I'm already on my third tube of this product! It's absolutely amazing for calming acne and reducing redness. The photo shows the results just one week after I started using it.
