This product offers amazing value for the price. Since it's rosehip oil, it works wonderfully even for oily skin types. I was disappointed with this purchase. Most rosehip oils I've tried have that yellowish tone like jojoba oil, but this one is completely transparent, which made me wonder if it's authentic. I bought it because camellia oil is so popular and I thought rosehip oil would be just as good, but the expiration date was only a year away when it arrived. I purchased this in October 2023, and the product you sent expires in December 2024, which tells me it's been sitting on shelves for a while. It seems like you're sending products manufactured back in 2021. I've been using rosehip oil from other brands, but I decided to try SkinEye's version. The best thing about it is that it's completely colorless. Since it has no scent and no color, it works beautifully with my routine. I mix it into my skincare products or apply it to my hair, and the bottle is really generous with product. There's really nothing negative to mention. The amount is so generous that it'll last me a long time. I've noticed other rosehip oils tend to be quite yellow, but this one is completely clear. I'm really curious about what makes the difference. It has a lovely nutty aroma to it. During the dry winter months, I've made it my go-to final step in my skincare routine—I just drop 2-3 drops into my palms, rub my hands together, and gently press it all over my face and neck to seal everything in. I even use it on my lips too. The result? My skin feels beautifully hydrated the next morning. I honestly can't find anything wrong with it. I'm already on my third bottle. It's genuinely amazing. I use it for so much more than just my face—I apply it to my hair to tame frizz and static, I mix it into my body moisturizer, and I even use it on my kids' skin.

I mix this with my emulsion and love how smoothly it absorbs. It feels noticeably more hydrating compared to using just the emulsion alone I don't really have any complaints. The price is reasonable, the amount is just right, and the moisturizing effect is really satisfying overall. Since it's rosehip seed oil, it has almost no scent, and the dropper is slightly angled so it doesn't spill—it's super convenient for dispensing one drop at a time. Natural oils can go rancid, so they're usually recommended for use within 6 months of opening. The bottle size is perfectly balanced—not too little, not too much. Since this is a natural oil, I'd recommend doing a patch test on the inside of your arm before using it. It absorbs well and doesn't feel like it's clogging your pores, but if you use too much, you might experience some breakouts. If you mix a drop or two into your toner, essence, or cream, the spreadability and hydration boost is amazing. I was worried the oil might cause irritation, but I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle it is. No problems at all! I felt hesitant applying the oil on its own, so I mixed just a drop into my cream at the end before applying it. It still felt a bit dry, so I tried blending a drop or two into my essence as well, which helped somewhat, but I still got that parched feeling. When winter arrives, my skincare routine feels fine right after I finish, but as time passes, my face starts to feel tight and uncomfortable. However, when I finish with an oil instead of just a moisturizer, my skin feels so much more hydrated and plump, and that tight feeling doesn't come back even the next day. I really love it! The ingredients are great—rosehip is such a powerhouse—and it doesn't feel irritating at all, which I appreciate! I bought rosehip oil from another brand before, and that one had an orange tint that turned yellowish-brown on my face, so I could only use it before bed. But this one doesn't have that issue, and I can use it morning and night, which is amazing! I originally bought it for gua sha massage, but I'm just using it as part of my regular skincare routine now. The price is quite steep compared to the amount you get if you buy it at full price without a sale. I wish there was a bit more product in the bottle! It works wonderfully when you apply your moisturizer first and then layer the oil on top as the final step! You can also mix a few drops into your existing moisturizer, which is another great way to use it.
