My cheeks tend to be quite dry, but when I first started using this, I kept thinking how moisturizing it felt I hadn't even used it for a month when I started experiencing stinging and itching every time I applied it, and my face felt hot and uncomfortable. So I reached out directly to the company through their chat, and they told me there were absolutely no ingredients that could cause irritation or itching. I thought, okay, and just kept using it. Then one morning, less than 10 minutes after applying it, my skin turned so red and started stinging and itching intensely. My mom even said it looked like a burn and told me to see a doctor. I realized this wasn't right, so I went to a dermatologist. They were shocked and asked if I'd recently switched any skincare products. I said I'd only changed my serum, and when I contacted the company, they said there were no such irritating ingredients. The dermatologist said that kind of product shouldn't exist, and explained that my skin gets inflamed easily even with slight heat, so using products with strong ingredients isn't safe for me. They prescribed me oral medication and topical cream. After I stopped using it, the itching and stinging disappeared within about two weeks. But now I'm experiencing frequent flushing, which I didn't have before—I'm not sure if it's a lingering effect. I really hope anyone considering this product will be extra careful. I bought the amino stick balm and cream too, but I had to throw everything away. My redness wasn't severe before, but after using this, it became really intense. I ended up taking dermatology medication for over two weeks and even had to get light therapy treatment. This works perfectly when paired with a cica cream. I really notice how much faster this absorbs compared to other brands, so I can apply my serum and follow up with cream right away without any heaviness. My skin tends to be on the dry side, and after cleansing I usually feel that uncomfortable tightness, but this product doesn't sting at all and my skin feels instantly hydrated, which I absolutely love. Since it's made without harsh chemicals, I feel confident using it regularly. The generous size means my whole family can enjoy it too. I'm really happy with this purchase! This is my review after using it for 3 weeks. Since my skin tends to be sensitive to new skincare products, I was hesitant but decided to give it a try anyway. From the very first whiff, I could tell it was made with natural ingredients! The texture is incredibly lightweight and silky, almost like a runny toner. It's so gentle that you could apply it directly without using a separate toner first. I was really impressed - no irritation at all, just hydrated and happy skin!! Plus, this product has such a generous 150ml size that you can use it on both your face and body! That's a lot of product! And since it's safe for the whole family, even babies can use it... that really says everything about how clean and gentle the formula is!! Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. There really aren't any. No breakouts or issues... but I'm supposed to write at least 20 characters... and I just don't have anything negative to say. When I use it together with the Skin Signal cream, I feel like I can actually beat the winter dryness! Or if I pair it with a hyaluronic acid toner, the soothing effect really helps lock in moisture and keeps my skin hydrated!!
