I'm taking this biotin supplement with my parents, and it's from the Solgar brand. Solgar is so well-known globally that my parents have quite a few Solgar supplements in their collection. From what I've noticed, vitamin C, vitamin B, and biotin seem to show the fastest results among all supplements. If you take it consistently for more than two months, you'll notice a significant reduction in hair loss, and your nails become incredibly strong. Since my nails tend to break easily, I could really feel the difference. Solgar is easy to find everywhere—online retailers, drugstores, department stores—so it's also great as a gift. Since it's a premium brand, I usually buy it during sales. My nails were so soft and brittle, but after taking this supplement, they actually became stronger and harder - I'm really happy with the results!! I didn't experience any real issues, though some people mention getting breakouts. It worked fine for me though. This is a nutritional supplement to be taken after meals.
