I've been taking vitamin C supplements for almost 10 years now, rotating through different brands because I believe it's essential for my health. This one is great because it has a high vitamin C concentration, so I take it whenever I'm feeling tired or run down. The price point is really reasonable too, which I appreciate. The tablet is surprisingly large, and it tends to get stuck in my throat. Even when I drink plenty of water while taking it, I still feel it catching occasionally as it goes down.

I bought this because it's supposed to be a vitamin C supplement that you can take in the morning on an empty stomach, and I didn't experience any stomach irritation from it. Even though I stored it at room temperature in a place away from sunlight as recommended, it oxidized quickly anyway. Perfect for gifting, though it's a bit of an investment. The quality feels truly luxurious. I wish the price point were a little more affordable, but honestly, everything else about it is fantastic.

I'm not really noticing much of a difference, and honestly I'm not sure if my body is actually improving The pills are quite large, so swallowing them is pretty challenging every time. I wouldn't really recommend them I'd suggest reconsidering this product

I love that this vitamin is gentler on my stomach. I've been taking it multiple times a day since I heard that consuming 6000mg of vitamin daily is beneficial. The pills are quite large, which makes them difficult to swallow. Other than that, everything else is great!
