This folic acid supplement was absolutely wonderful during my pregnancy. The pill size is really small, so it was super easy to take without any hassle. I didn't experience any nausea or stomach discomfort at all. I was told I needed to take at least 400mcg when preparing for pregnancy, and since each tablet contains 400mcg, it's so convenient - I just take one tablet while trying to conceive and two tablets once I'm pregnant. I'm on my third bottle now, and honestly, I don't have any complaints so far. The tablets are also really small, making them super easy to swallow! I wasn't specifically planning to get pregnant when I started taking this, but since it has great reviews and people say it's good to take regularly anyway, I decided to give it a try. My fiancé and I are planning to take it together! No real complaints here! I just wish there were more sales and discounts available.
