Even though I don't have a small throat, it's genuinely difficult to swallow in one go. The ingredients are high-quality and this is such a well-known brand that you can trust your purchase. From what I can tell, it really does seem to help support my joints. I was searching for MSM products and found Solgar's version, so I decided to give it a try! Solgar has such a great reputation, and I've heard their MSM supplement is especially effective. The results seem really solid, and it's super convenient to take, which I really appreciate. The price is a bit steep compared to other similar products, which is a shame.

I'm planning to keep taking this consistently going forward. The only thing is that the pill size is quite large, which can make it a bit challenging to swallow. I really appreciate that this comes in a clear glass bottle, so you can easily see how much you've used and how much is left. The results are impressive for the price point too. MSM products can get pretty pricey, but this one delivers great value for what you're paying. The capsule size is manageable, but I won't lie—they're not the easiest to swallow. You really need to take them consistently to see results. If you skip doses here and there, you might as well not bother taking them at all.
