I've been using it for two months now, and I've noticed you really need to use it for at least three months to see results. I used to feel dizzy when I'd stand up from sitting, but lately I haven't experienced that spinning sensation anymore. If I had to mention a downside, it does tend to cause constipation. You really need to take probiotics alongside it. And honestly, the most noticeable issue is the smell of your bowel movements. The odor is quite strong and unpleasant, to be frank. Make sure to take it together with probiotics.
