The results are genuinely impressive. I can really tell the difference when I use it versus when I don't. The smell is honestly quite off-putting, so I have to psych myself up to take it. Plus, the price is pretty steep.

I was taking B-complex vitamins for fatigue recovery and mouth ulcers, but a friend recommended Solgar products, so I ordered them directly online at the beginning of the year and have been taking them for several months now. I've definitely noticed that on days when I consistently take them, my fatigue is noticeably reduced, so I can confirm the supplement really works. Even though they're capsules, they seem to take a long time to dissolve in my body, as the residue gets excreted in my urine much later compared to other B-vitamin supplements. I was also disappointed by the strong smell of the capsules themselves compared to the tablets I used to take. Since B-vitamins are water-soluble and absorb better on an empty stomach, people without digestive issues are advised to take them in the morning before eating. That's why my husband takes this supplement first thing after waking up and drinking water. I'm really happy with the amount in this product. I can definitely feel less fatigue, and it seems like my immunity has improved too. If you stock up on the larger size, you'll have enough to last several months with no complaints.
