I took this while preparing for pregnancy and I really like it - the pill size is just right and easy to take I can't think of any downsides really - it's convenient to take and I'm happy with it

I've been taking vitamin D as a separate supplement since I heard it's important, and Solgar's vitamin D seems to be the best option for me. The price is quite steep, which is disappointing. I usually hate taking large pills because they're hard to swallow and feel uncomfortable going down, but this product has such a small, easy-to-take size that I absolutely love it! My only disappointment is that the price point feels quite steep for what you're getting, which is a real shame.
