I make sure to take my vitamin D consistently without fail, and I especially trust Solgar products because of their reliable quality. Solgar products aren't the most budget-friendly option, so I'd recommend looking into direct international purchases if you want to save money.

I can't really speak to the results yet since I haven't been taking it long, but I'm happy to say the tablet goes down smoothly and doesn't have any unpleasant aftertaste or smell. There's not much to complain about, but I do wish the price was a bit more affordable.

I regularly order Solgar products directly and take them consistently. Most vitamins come in powder form that clumps together, and you can sometimes taste that sour flavor, but this product comes in capsule form which makes it so much easier to take. The price is on the higher side, and I didn't notice any significant changes. I chose this product because it's from Solgar. Since I learned that vitamin D isn't naturally produced by the body and needs to be taken as a supplement, I've been taking it consistently. The price point is quite high relative to the vitamin D content. The capsules are so small and easy to take that I've made them part of my daily routine without any hassle! I don't really have any complaints, but I wish I could notice more dramatic results. It would be nice to see more visible effects.
