For a budget-friendly product, this blurs beautifully and I think it would work wonderfully for those with cool undertones, whether warm or cool seasons. It even has that vibe where you could use it as a blush! The main downside I noticed is that the staying power isn't the greatest. Other than that, there's not much to complain about.

This is basically the blurred version of that famous Daiso Mellow product. Personally, I prefer the blur formula a bit more, and since my sister already has the glow version, I decided to just grab this one for myself. The texture feels incredibly soft and pillowy when it touches your skin, but honestly it's a bit tacky. Because of that, the color payoff isn't completely matte—it has this semi-matte finish with a subtle sheen. I could also feel a slight oiliness when I applied it to my cheeks. That actually made blending super easy, which was nice. The only downside is that the sticky formula picks up a lot of product even with the lightest touch, so if you're not careful, you could end up looking like a burnt sweet potato. You really need to control the amount you use. I didn't notice any pore emphasis or foundation chipping though, which was great. The color is warmer than I expected with a lot of red undertones, and it has pretty high saturation but lower brightness. I usually categorize colors like this: high saturation and high brightness equals either too intense or acceptable if applied sheer; low saturation and high brightness is okay; low saturation and low brightness is great; high saturation and low brightness means the color just takes over and looks too bold. So this shade isn't really my go-to, but honestly with good application control it works fine! It's really great as a blush, but it's honestly kind of inconvenient to use as a lip product. When I applied it to my lips, I noticed this weird whitish cast that I didn't feel on my cheeks, which made my lips look pale and washed out. That said, the color payoff is so dependent on skin type that it might just be me. Plus, it really emphasizes fine lines and dry patches, so overall it didn't look as pretty as I'd hoped. The Mellow shade is slightly better than the Peony, which didn't suit me at all, but the tone still doesn't match my skin, which makes it feel a bit dated... Since I naturally have pigmented lips, the actual color payoff comes out differently, which seems to be the reason. That said, the formula is still wonderfully smooth and lightweight with excellent blendability, and the color is really pretty when you see how it transfers onto your hand or tissue. Since it's not too intense, it works perfectly for everyday wear—it has this soft, muted fig-like quality. The value for money is absolutely fantastic. Setting everything else aside, the fragrance is really not my thing at all. If you're sensitive to scents, please definitely do a patch test before committing to this product.

It applies without any sticky residue, so putting it on your cheeks feels effortless and weightless. The color payoff is stunning! It has a sheer, transparent quality that makes it so versatile and wearable. You don't need to worry about matching it to your undertone—it's a universally flattering shade that works for everyone. In my experience, since my lips are naturally quite dark, I need to apply a generous amount when using this on my lips. Even with a heavy hand, it still comes out looking almost transparent.
