Color When I first saw the jar, I thought the neon intensity was almost too much—I wasn't sure what to do with it! But once I applied it to my skin, it transformed into this gorgeous strawberry milk shade with a soft rosy pink flush. It's genuinely beautiful and gives that natural flush look, making it perfect for fair-skinned tones to wear daily. + Since people recommended this as a must-have for fair undertones, I compared it to Lilybyred's Pure Beam, the most famous blush for light undertones (first photo). As you can see, Pure Beam has a much more lavender-leaning tone. Texture I thought the blur balm would have a similar texture to Pony Effect's pudding pot, but it's completely different! It's actually most similar to a cream blush. It doesn't blur dramatically—instead, it finishes with a slightly dewy, luminous look. Honestly, at this price point, the quality is so good that there really aren't any downsides. The only thing is that the color absolutely won't work as a lip product. But if you're planning to use it as a blush, you'll be really happy with it! If you're hunting for a true neon pink, this is definitely worth checking out! The color has that nostalgic poster paint vibe when you see it in person. Once you blend it out, the neon intensity mellows beautifully, making it absolutely perfect as a blush. I'm really happy with how versatile it is. As a standalone lip color, it doesn't quite work on its own, but mixing it with other shades is totally doable. When you first apply it as a blush, the color looks absolutely gorgeous, but it shifts to a deeper red as time goes on. You kind of have to anticipate that color change before applying it, which isn't always easy to manage. The beloved beauty brand Son and Park just launched their new Blur Pot formula! I've found that the Blur Balm line works wonderfully on the lips, even better than on the cheeks. 1. The Blur Pot formula has a noticeably dewy, oil-infused texture. It doesn't give that light, seamless blur effect on the cheeks that I was hoping for—it feels a bit tacky instead, which made it tricky to apply directly to my skin without a primer base. That said, using a puff applicator makes the application much smoother! 2. The color is absolutely stunning with those deep undertones—it's giving cool-toned, must-have energy. Compared to Dear Thing shade 1, this has richer saturation and a brighter finish. 3. The value for money is incredible! I'm totally against Son and Park discontinuing their Daiso line—it's such a gem. As someone with naturally oily skin, I did notice the dewy texture was a bit much for me. Otherwise, I really have no complaints! The blurred finish is honestly so pretty when you apply it to your cheeks instead of your lips! It looks gorgeous whether you blend it with your fingers or use a sponge applicator, making it super user-friendly for beginners too. The soft pink shade at the top is the poppy color. I really can't find any downsides! The price is so affordable and I absolutely love it.

Even though I have a deep warm undertone, I can usually make it work as a blush. But when I put it on my lips? It completely washes me out and makes my teeth look yellow all of a sudden. And I literally just got professional whitening done last year to get the brightest smile possible! The pomelo shade is actually kind of funny on me, which I appreciate, but when I try it as a lip color, I honestly hate how it looks on myself. So I've decided to stick with using this product on my cheeks only. The formula has such a soft, blurred finish that it actually makes the brightness even more noticeable. I'm giving this five stars not because of any flaw in the product itself, but because my skin tone just doesn't do it justice. The color is gorgeous, the formula is beautiful, the texture is perfect, and the price is really fair. The poppy lip shade is genuinely scary on me. Cool-toned pinks are honestly my worst nightmare when it comes to lip colors. I know I shouldn't give up, but this one really intimidates me!
