The base has a slight texture, but it becomes much smoother when you apply it with a silicone-tip brush like the Daiso blush brush. The shimmer is barely visible, and you just get that gorgeous dewy glow. If you want to add some highlight definition but find products with lots of shimmer overwhelming, this is perfect for you! When you layer it over blush, it creates this subtle luminous finish that looks absolutely beautiful. I love bold, dramatic finishes, so this wasn't for me. It's way too subtle and doesn't show up well on the skin. This product is an absolute steal! You can grab it at Daiso, and my mom especially loves it. The texture is lightweight and silky, so it spreads beautifully across the skin without any tugging. I'm disappointed with the ingredient list. There are seven potential allergens, which is concerning. I absolutely love the subtle color and the smooth, moisturizing application. It glides on beautifully without feeling heavy. Hand & Park is a brand I trust completely, and I highly recommend it! I don't usually wear highlighter, but I love that I can get one at such an affordable price. It applies so smoothly that I can blend it with my blush or use it as a cheek tint. This highlighter gives you that effortless, subtle glow without being too shimmery or obvious. The pearl finish is understated, which I really appreciate. For the price point, it's honestly a solid choice. The base keeps flaking off... I've been using this for months and I still can't figure out the right application technique. It tends to clump more than expected, and since it doesn't show up well, you end up applying it multiple times. But here's the problem - the more you layer it, the more the base starts to peel and crack.

It works great when you want that dewy, hydrated finish too. I was disappointed because the powder didn't show up as much as I hoped. I think I just picked the wrong formula type for what I wanted. Use this product when you're going for a dewy, moisturized makeup look. I've been using this for about three months and there's quite a bit of product. Since it's a solid formula, the wear time isn't super long, but if I reapply it throughout the day, the color comes right back. The compact size is adorable and easy to carry around. Honestly, since it's a highlighter, I don't think the warm or cool undertone really matters, but they have up to shade 3, so you can just pick whichever works best for you. There's really nothing bad about it. I heard that Hands and Park's cream blush is pretty famous, and I'm actually thinking about trying that one too. I think it looks prettiest when I apply it to the apples of my cheeks and on my nose. Blending Flash This highlighter gives you that subtle shimmer that's not over the top at all—just naturally radiant. I'm definitely buying this again. For this quality at such an affordable price, it's absolutely insane in the best way possible. Given the budget-friendly price point, the plastic packaging does feel a bit toy-like and inexpensive.
