I loved using the Son & Park tint together with the Chanel tint because it gave me the perfect balance of hydration and a matte finish. Even though my lips tend to be quite dry, the inner part stayed moisturized while the outer layer had that beautiful matte look. What I appreciated most was that it didn't transfer onto my straw when I was drinking, which made such a difference! The price is affordable. It has a glossy finish that stays shiny even after it sets. When applied correctly, the color looks natural and not overdone. It wipes off when you eat. The color looks different right after application compared to when it fully sets. What's really frustrating is how difficult it is to control the amount. If you apply it lightly, it barely shows any color at first and just looks glossy. But if you try to build up more color, one wrong move and you end up with an unflattering application, and combined with that glossy finish, it looks even worse. Then after it sets, the color changes again, so something that looked fine when you first applied it can suddenly look tacky. At first I thought it might be a bit too light, but as time goes on, sometimes it actually looks pretty. The color feels different every single day depending on the light. I hate this unpredictability so much that I won't be repurchasing. The shade sits somewhere between red and pink, which makes it a really tricky color to pin down. As a warm-toned option, it's honestly quite ambiguous.

For a coral shade, it runs quite bright, so I'd recommend it more for those with cool undertones. Since I have warm undertones, it doesn't quite work for me. If you have warm undertones like me, try applying a brown eyeshadow on your lips first, then layer this on top for a perfect match.

It looks beautiful on its own, but the pink is so vibrant that if you find bold colors overwhelming, it's perfect as a tinting base. I personally use it more for tinting than wearing it solo. I used it all the way to the bottom, so I didn't get a super pigmented application, but here's the trick: apply it thickly and let it set for a bit! After doing your eyebrows, eyeshadow, nose contour, and everything else, blot it with a tissue and layer another lip product on top. That's when the magic happens! I loved it so much I'm going back to grab another one! I honestly think this works best as a tinting lip tint rather than a standalone product. The reason is that on its own, the color is so bright and intense that some people find it a bit too bold or neon-looking. But when you use it as a tint and layer it with other products, the remaining color is so much prettier! Some people think it looks too neon and tacky when worn alone. I'm satisfied using it as a tinting base and will keep using it. After applying it, go ahead and do your other makeup like eyebrows and everything else.
