The cleansing power is solid for a gentle, pH-balanced formula, and the scent is pleasant without being overpowering. Overall, this product is really well-rounded with no obvious drawbacks. The main issue is the price and the amount you get. For what you're paying, the value just isn't there. Honestly, there are plenty of other cleansers out there that perform just as well, so I don't feel like I need to stick with this one. If the price dropped, I'd probably give it another shot. Also, the formula is thinner than expected, so I've had moments where I squeezed out way more product than intended with my eyes closed, which was frustrating considering how expensive it is. I don't have any special tips or tricks for using this cleanser.
