It's super thin, but the adhesion is fantastic! When I press it on, the product transfers beautifully without any irritation—way gentler than using a cotton pad. I love that I can even use it like a quick sheet mask when I need to cool down my skin fast! No issues really. As long as you don't pull it off too aggressively, it works just fine.

I don't have any major complaints, but the lid is extremely tight. Honestly, I almost hurt my wrist trying to open it!

I've been using this product for a while, and I'm thrilled with the recent redesign featuring the beautiful sky-blue case. I absolutely love it! 1. All 33 ingredients passed my standards 2. It's packed with hot spring water, so it delivers that gorgeous dewy glow like you just came back from a spa 3. The galactomyces ingredient really helps brighten and even out skin tone 4. The vegan thin pads are so delicate and easy to work with—whether I'm using it as an exfoliating toner or applying it like a sheet mask when my skin is dry, the pads stay put beautifully and adhere so well to my face The only downside is the price point. For a toner pad, it's definitely on the pricier side, so I find myself rotating between different brands to make it last longer. I end up being more conservative with how much I use. The hot spring water ingredients work really well for my skin, and since there aren't many products with this component, I chose this one because it seemed the gentlest option. I'm so glad I did because it's incredibly soothing! My skin is oily, easily irritated, and prone to sensitivity, so I'm currently doing one sheet mask a day with this. Also, I personally don't like thick masks because they don't adhere well to the skin, but this one is thin and sticks perfectly. When I want to cut it in half for smaller areas, a lot of other masks don't tear easily and it feels wasteful to use a whole one, but this tears so smoothly by hand, which I really appreciate. I can't really think of anything negative. I'd love to see this same formula come out as an essence or ampoule though!
