As you can see, this toner has separated water and oil layers. You need to shake it before each use, and because it contains oil, it's not a lightweight formula. I've been using it regularly during fall and winter. If you're looking for a lightweight toner, I wouldn't recommend this one. You might find it feels a bit oily.
