I purchased a Sumline set at the department store and received this as a complimentary gift. I had high hopes since Sumline products are surprisingly good, but I was quite disappointed. The pads are thick and lack softness, which caused significant irritation to my skin, so I had to press gently instead of rubbing. Additionally, the essence isn't generous enough—after just a few applications on my face, it dries out quickly. The pads feel rough and lack softness, causing considerable irritation to my skin. I ended up using it mainly on my neck instead. I don't wipe it off. Seventy pads and I've been using one every time I do my makeup. Honestly, it's worth every penny! I absolutely love how it cools down my skin in the morning, and the makeup applies beautifully on top of it. These pads seem like they'd work great for all skin types. I wish it came with one hundred pads instead of seventy.

What I love most is how amazing it works when you layer it with the Secret Essence concentrated version. Plus, when you squeeze the pad after application, the essence comes right out, and if you mix it a bit with your foundation, the foundation applies so smoothly and evenly. The price. The price. The product itself is really good, but it's quite expensive. The formula feels lightweight and hydrating, but the finish is fresh and clean, making it perfect for everyday use. I bought this because I love the essence, but I'm not sure about the pad itself. The case has this yellowish tone and is way too minimal, honestly. Without looking at the logo, I can't tell what product it is, and it has this outdated vibe to it. I absolutely love using Soom Secret Essence! I reach for it whenever my skin feels sensitive or I'm dealing with breakouts. It really helps calm things down. The cap can be a bit tricky to open sometimes. Other than that minor issue, I'm really happy with this product. If you buy through the official store, you get a bunch of samples included. I picked up the Secret Essence as part of a special set.

I originally grabbed one at the department store just to try it, but I'm already on my third pack! One single pad does so much—I use it as an exfoliating toner in the morning, layer it with essence two or three times, and honestly, if you're dealing with serious dryness underneath, this is absolutely a must-try. I don't use it as a sheet mask, but I'm using it morning and night after cleansing as both an exfoliating toner and for oil control. If the hyped-up pads out there aren't clicking for you, or if you're really into fermented skincare products, you've got to give this a shot. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. Well, okay, the price can be a bit steep, but if you catch a sale on their official website, you can snag it for around thirty thousand won. Keep an eye out for sales on their official site—they pop up from time to time, so it's worth waiting for a good deal.
