For the price, it applies so smoothly and feels luxuriously hydrating without any stickiness. It has this refined, almost aristocratic quality to it that makes you feel pampered. Bottom line: the moisturizing power is excellent, and the lasting power is equally impressive! But here's the thing... the fragrance just isn't for me. No matter how great a product is, if the scent doesn't work for you, what can you do? I'm just glad I got this as a sample rather than buying it outright.

I've tried almost all of Santa Maria Novella's body products, and the scents are just wonderful. The formula is a lightweight emulsion type, so it's a bit light on hydration, but it absorbs incredibly fast and leaves your skin feeling so silky smooth. The price is quite steep, to be honest. I received it as a gift, so I got to try it, but I wouldn't feel comfortable spending my own money on it. Plus, the fragrance doesn't last as long as I'd hoped. I transferred some into an empty container and used it as a hand cream too. Instead of wearing perfume, I got this lovely scent throughout the day, and I absolutely loved it.
