I really loved how lightweight and smooth this mascara applies without clumping. My eyes never felt heavy or uncomfortable, which was fantastic. Rather than adding dramatic volume, it gives lashes a naturally elongated appearance, so I think it's perfect for anyone who prefers a clean, polished mascara look or loves using lengthening formulas. This formula dries quite quickly, which I found different from my usual mascaras. Natural curl plus thin, lengthened lashes - this is a product I've been using consistently for several months now. ‣ Scent: Nearly fragrance-free ‣ Price: Excellent value for money. I recommend purchasing during Clio point promotions or sales! (Check the tips section for details) ‣ Application: Long, defined lashes. Personally, when I apply mascara multiple times, it starts to look heavy and overdone, so I use minimal product and apply just once for a clean finish. ‣ Cleansing: Removes easily with cleansing oil in one go. ‣ Highlights: True to its name as Simplelane's slim mascara, the main appeal really is its simplicity and slim formula - I didn't notice any other standout features. On oily skin, this product smudges way too easily. I always need to pair it with powder. (I've been skipping the under-eye primer because it's too much hassle.) If you shop through the Clio app, you'll rack up points really quickly, and applying those points during sales makes for an even better deal!

Excellent - This mascara is incredibly lightweight. It's truly slim and refined. Excellent - I love applying mascara with a delicate, lash-by-lash approach rather than clumping everything together, and this product is definitely one of my go-to favorites for that precise application. Excellent - The formula doesn't dispense too much product even without controlling the amount, and it works especially beautifully on lower lashes. The only downside is that occasionally, very rarely, the formula comes out in clumps and catches me off guard. The mascara wand is incredibly thin, which makes it so easy to apply evenly to every lash. I'm really happy with how convenient it is to use. When I apply a second coat, it tends to clump a bit, and it's frustrating because it doesn't come off easily during makeup removal. Even after multiple attempts to wipe and wash it away, it still clings to my lashes. I love a natural, effortless makeup look, and this product applies beautifully without clumping or looking heavy. The only minor downside is that it tends to smudge slightly under the eyes, but otherwise I have no complaints.
