When you emulsify it properly during cleansing, there's no irritation and it works beautifully. The massage feels amazing on the skin. I love that it's extra virgin coconut oil, so I trust the quality completely. Since it's a generous size, I use it generously all over, even down my neck and collarbone. The only thing I wish is that the packaging had a more luxurious, premium design. Use it twice and your skin becomes incredibly smooth. When you use this as your first cleanse and follow up with a cleansing foam, it removes virtually every trace of makeup and impurities. Honestly, there's nothing disappointing about this product so far. Even if you have oily skin, it doesn't leave your complexion feeling greasy. 1. After washing your hands, use the included spatula to apply the product evenly across your face. 2. Gently massage using your third and fourth fingers, then add a bit of water to create a light foam. Continue massaging with this foam for a deeper, more thorough cleanse.
