A friend tried it and their skin looked so clear and fresh that they gifted it to me! I originally received it as a product tester, but I loved it so much I ended up buying it with my own money this time. I know it has great ingredients, but the price is just too steep for me. This is my second time using TLS products, and I have to say they really work well for my skin. I loved the Kombucha Essence I tried before, and now I'm equally impressed with this Red Orange Niacinamide Toner. The Kombucha Essence had a richer, more nourishing texture that was perfect for winter, but this toner is completely water-based and feels so lightweight—it's ideal for summer use. I also really appreciate that the packaging is recyclable, and the box includes clear recycling instructions. That attention to sustainability definitely won me over. I don't really have any complaints. While the hydration level isn't super intense, I think that actually makes it perfect for summer use.

Of course, I find myself reaching for it year-round as a toner or with lighter sheet masks. Looking at the product details, they use a lot of eco-friendly ingredients, and the formula itself is really good. I'll definitely keep using this while I'm on my brightening routine. When you soak a cotton pad with this and wipe along your skin texture, it helps refine your pores and brightens your complexion. You can also soak it generously on a cotton pad or compress mask and use it as a treatment mask, which works wonderfully.

I really appreciated how quickly it sinks in! The scent is kind of earthy, but it's not unpleasant at all. It actually smells natural and authentic rather than overly synthetic, which I loved! Since I have sensitive skin that reacts immediately to harsh ingredients, I was thrilled that this product didn't cause any irritation whatsoever. One-week results: The product promised noticeable changes within a week, so I was genuinely excited to try it. 1. Skin texture became smoother I could definitely feel the difference! After using this for a week, my skin texture felt noticeably smoother. It's not dramatically transformed, but since my skin was already on the rougher side, the improvement was quite noticeable to me. 2. Skin didn't get lighter, but the tone feels clearer I have yellow undertones and I'm around shade 22, and using this product definitely made my skin tone feel clearer and more refined. I know that might sound confusing, but it's not about brightness, it's about clarity! Before, without makeup my skin looked tired and dull, but now it has this healthy, refreshed appearance. Since I have combination skin with oily areas, I found the hydration level wasn't quite enough for my needs. After applying it, my skin felt a bit tight underneath, even though the surface felt smooth. It was like the moisture didn't fully penetrate. If you have dry skin, you'll probably need to layer this with an additional hydrating product afterward.

First, I have combination skin that tends to be oily. During the summer when I'm getting lots of sun exposure, I alternate between the exfoliating toner and toner masks depending on how my skin feels that day. (Though I found the exfoliating toner works better with this product.) Basically, the exfoliation is gentle—about what you'd expect from a regular toner. But using it consistently has really made a difference in my skin tone and clarity! With all the late nights I've been pulling and the intense summer sun, I had a lot of dark spots and discoloration popping up. I'm not entirely sure if it's the serum doing the heavy lifting, the toner, or the combination of both, but my spots have genuinely improved so much! Honestly, I don't have any real complaints about this product. If you're looking for something that tackles both exfoliation and brightening at the same time, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try! I'd suggest pairing this with the exfoliating toner from the line. And I have my own little trick when using the exfoliating toner: I soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently sweep it across my skin to remove dead skin cells, then I use the same pad to gently tap and pat the product into my skin for better absorption. I have oily skin with excess shine, and I haven't been wearing much makeup lately. I was looking for something that would keep my skin clean and balanced rather than overly hydrated. After using this toner, I found it does add moisture, but that's not really the main benefit for me. What I love is how it helps me prep and refine my skin with a cotton pad. I'm not sure if I'll repurchase yet, but I think oily skin types will definitely get more out of this than dry skin types! The best part is that my face doesn't feel greasy or sticky after applying the toner, which is exactly what I wanted. If you're only looking for a basic toner function, there's nothing disappointing about it. However, people with dry skin might find it a bit too drying for their needs. I've tried other popular toner brands, and I have to say this one works better for me!
