When I first applied it, I felt this warm, tingling sensation and I was totally shocked! Haha, I've never tried a product like this before. I usually do exfoliation once a week, and lately I've been using this one instead. It has a subtle rice scent, and once I rinse it off, my skin feels so incredibly soft and smooth. I'm really happy with it! At first, I definitely felt a lot of warmth, but the more I used it, the less intense that warming sensation became. It's a bit disappointing. The scrub function is fantastic! I really love it. When I first apply it as described, there's this warm, comforting sensation that makes my skin feel amazing. It's such a nice feeling! I was honestly worried that with such great ingredients, the scrub might not work well, but it performs just like my previous product. The rice scent is quite noticeable, which some people might love or hate, but personally I'm a fan. No real downsides. If I had to mention something, I'd say it's not quite as intensive as those wash masks that leave your pores squeaky clean and your skin baby-soft. The exfoliating power is a bit gentler. But honestly, most products like that come loaded with 20 different potentially irritating ingredients, so I'm recommending this one. I've had my skin act up before, and I really noticed this mask helped calm things down! After opening my pores with the Gyodong Rice Pack, I finish with the Aperipe Pack, and I can really feel my pores tightening as the impurities get cleared out.
