It cleanses gently without any harshness, and my face doesn't feel tight afterward. The cleansing power isn't super strong, but it works great for morning cleansing or when I'm washing my bare face. The cleanser is so gentle and mild, it lathers beautifully, and the cleansing power is really impressive. Everything about it is great, but there's this odd smell that comes through that's a bit off-putting. I'm pretty sensitive when it comes to fragrance, so the scent is really not working for me. If they could just fix that one thing, I'd love this product. My skin doesn't feel tight or dry after washing, which I absolutely love! I've been using it regularly and haven't experienced any irritation or breakouts, so I'm really happy with how it's working for me. Honestly, there's nothing I'd complain about! If I really had to nitpick, I guess the only thing is that it doesn't lather as much without a foaming net, but that's pretty standard for all cleansing foams anyway.
