Soothing is exactly what you'd expect, but the cooling effect is honestly so much better than I anticipated. It adheres really nicely to the skin. There's nothing major to complain about, but if I had to pick something, the pad size is a bit smaller than I'd like, which is a shame. This foundation really neutralizes redness beautifully and adheres to the skin perfectly. The absorption is excellent too. Absolutely love it! No downsides. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative about this product.

For sensitive skin, I haven't found a gentler cleansing pad than this one. I've already gone through four containers with refills, and I'm definitely planning to keep repurchasing it. The pad size is a bit small, so it runs out quickly, which is disappointing. The pads dry out easily, and when I apply them and then blow-dry my hair, my skin feels tight and dehydrated afterward.
