There's really nothing good about it. My hair texture got so damaged and turned completely dry and brittle. The brown shade is way too dark - it came out almost black. I thought it would fade after a couple of weeks, but now I'm stressed wondering if I need to go back to the salon to get it stripped out. Since it's mixed with just water, there's no irritation when coloring and it's incredibly gentle on my hair. It's called natural brown, but when you actually apply it, it comes out pitch black. The pleasant scent doesn't irritate my eyes, and the application process is so convenient I tried the dark brown first, but it came out almost black, so I switched to natural brown the second time. The overall hair tone still feels quite dark, which is pretty similar to the first shade. That said, looking at how it colored my gray hair, I'm not entirely sure if it's actually a lighter brown. Compared to my dark hair, only the gray strands turned a slightly lighter brown

No unpleasant smell and doesn't stain anything Since it's a DIY hair color, you really need to rinse your scalp thoroughly afterward, which can be a hassle. The color range is still pretty limited right now. The natural brown shade reads more like a dark brown to me. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, definitely do a patch test before using it.
