It's absolutely gorgeous! With the season changing, the "apple glow" skin finish is definitely trending right now! What's special about this cushion is that it's not just a makeup product—it's a multi-functional product with built-in sun protection. With SPF50+/PA++++, it provides strong UV defense while applying sheer and lightweight, making it perfect for daily use. The 21C Peach shade I used has a subtle pink undertone with a luminous beige finish that corrects redness and creates a radiant, healthy-looking complexion. For yellow-toned skin: The pink undertone brightens the face beautifully! For reddish skin: Creates an even, refined skin appearance! The application is incredibly light and thin—it feels like a second skin rather than a heavy layer, giving a natural finish. Mesh puff - I haven't tried products without a mesh puff, so I can't compare, but if you prefer mesh puffs, you'll definitely appreciate this one! 6. Gorgeous shade - My skin is naturally a bit lighter, and when I got my color analysis done, they recommended shades 17-19. Bulky packaging - The case is quite large and thick, taking up a lot of space in pouches or bags. 2. Semi-glow formula limitations - Due to the formula's nature, it's not ideal for very oily skin or hot summer weather! I have combination skin that tends toward oiliness, and when I wear this on hot days, I end up looking like I'm sweating buckets with excess shine everywhere! This goes beyond just having a pretty glow—powder is absolutely essential! 3. Limited coverage - With breakout-prone skin, this cushion alone definitely can't serve as a complete base. You'll need concealer, and even after applying it, the puff can slightly disturb the concealer when you tap it on. That said, I absolutely adore Tokobō as a brand! Note: The cushion has a slight fragrance—it smells like sunscreen.

Since my skin isn't perfectly flawless and I'm going for that radiant look, it's not full coverage in the traditional sense. But here's the thing—it doesn't have that heavy, suffocating feeling you get with high-coverage cushions. It covers what needs covering, and the slight imperfections that peek through actually give off a natural makeup vibe. It's lightweight yet luminous with a dewy-matte finish. The shade is stunning too. It looks natural and brightens beautifully without any floating or ashy appearance. It literally looks like your own skin tone. These thin, perfectly-adhering mesh cushions usually have that sticky, overly dewy finish that I typically avoid. But this one strikes the perfect balance—dewy-matte with an inner glow that gives the most satisfying finish. It stays clean throughout the day without any shine. Excellent. I have oily skin, so by late afternoon I'm producing a lot of oil, but the way it breaks down beautifully is actually my favorite part. Honestly, this cushion looks the most stunning when you're sweating and your natural oils come through. It's truly a holy grail product. The only downside is there's nothing negative to say. After completing my base makeup and neutralizing shine in my T-zone and brow area, I apply a light dusting of powder to my brows and temples. For my pores, especially around my nose and the area between my brows, I lightly tap the product onto the puff, adjust the amount, and gently press it on with minimal strokes (just one or two times). I decided to give this a try because it had great reviews and the price was really reasonable. The color is absolutely gorgeous, there's no darkening, and it has a beautiful luminous finish that looks really nice. But here's the thing - it just won't adhere to my skin properly, which is so frustrating. My skin is extremely dry with dehydration issues, so I always prep with a solid skincare base and use Missha Glow Skin Balm before applying this cushion. Even with all that, it just sits on top of my face instead of melting in - it's like water droplets beading up on the surface. I've tried patting it in multiple times and experimenting with different application methods, but nothing seems to work. I'm wondering if applying too much base product is the culprit. The thing is, if I don't use that much base, my makeup won't last through the summer at all. If you don't have extremely dry skin like me, I think you'd actually love this product. Honestly, for the price, the quality and color payoff are really impressive. As long as you don't have severely dry skin like mine, this would be perfect for anyone who loves a luminous, glowing finish.
