It's definitely rich and creamy. My lips get irritated and develop patches, but when I apply a generous amount, things improve noticeably by the next day. It does provide moisture, which is great. For the price, it's actually a solid value. Plus, it lasts longer than stick formulas. The price is steep, and honestly, it's way too heavy to carry around. As I use it and the product gets lower in the container, it becomes such a pain to apply. I feel like I'm literally digging into the bottom of the jar. It floats around in the contact lens case. The container is deep, which is convenient for portability, but it's so heavy and awkward to fit my finger inside. The formula itself is nice, but I use it mainly when my lips are sore. My lips tend to get really dry and flaky, but when I apply this generously before bed, I wake up to noticeably softer and smoother lips the next morning. I'm really happy with the results! I can't really think of any downsides. I'm genuinely satisfied with this product and keep using it.

Also, because the formula is quite thick and rich, people who find heavy lip products uncomfortable might not enjoy this one. Here's a helpful tip: if you transfer some product to a lip palette and mix it with your matte lipstick in the right proportion, it won't feel dry at all. Just be careful not to add too much, or you'll lose that beautiful matte finish that makes this product special. I absolutely love applying this generously before bed and sleeping with it on. Since my lips tend to be quite dry, I'm a fan of slathering on lip balms and lip masks, so this works perfectly for me. That said, if you don't like that heavy, occlusive feeling, this might not be your thing. But honestly, my lips feel so smooth and soft afterward, so I definitely recommend it! When I apply it, the texture is wonderfully rich and creamy, and my lips feel really protected and nourished The scent isn't my favorite, and while it does help with lip flaking, I feel like I'd need to use it for a long time to see real results

So many people already consider this product their holy grail, and I really hope it never gets discontinued~ I use it before bed, but it's great to apply throughout the day too~ The size is small so I wondered if it was worth the price, but it actually lasts longer than expected~ I wish they would come out with a pump or applicator container for easier dispensing
