This is a rich yet refreshing toner with a clear texture. The application feels absolutely wonderful on the skin. It does have a slightly sticky feel, but I think it's absolutely perfect for fall and winter use. I'm so happy it's vegan. The packaging is also label-free, which makes it beautifully minimal and eco-friendly. But honestly, the value for money is absolutely unbeatable!!! I haven't really noticed any downsides so far, except maybe it feels a bit heavy for summer use. Since it's a large size, I transferred some into a spray mist bottle from the drugstore, but the high viscosity made it difficult to spray properly! The slight thickness to the formula is perfect for me since I'm not a fan of completely watery textures. The scent is subtle with a gentle herbal note that reminds me of mugwort, and I don't detect any artificial fragrance, which I really like. There's no off-putting smell at all. It has a nice viscosity like a water-based essence, and it feels so hydrating when you apply it. I really love how moisturizing it is. The formula isn't suitable for exfoliating, which is disappointing. I originally bought it thinking it would work as an exfoliating toner, but I ended up purchasing something else for that purpose instead.
