I bought this body oil specifically to use with a gua sha tool, and I'm really happy with it! It has a lovely aromatic scent blended in. There's a slightly herbal note to it, but honestly, it smells wonderful and makes me feel great. I was honestly shocked when I first opened the product. The cap was sitting at an angle just like in the photos, and no matter how many times I tried to close it properly, it kept going crooked. I reached out to customer service about it, and they told me the grooves on the cap and the glass bottle didn't align correctly, so that's why it was happening. Then they asked if I wanted a replacement product or just a new cap, but they also mentioned that the new product might have the same crooked cap issue. If this is already such a widespread problem, shouldn't the company be fixing the actual issue by redesigning either the bottle or the cap instead of just swapping parts around? I was really disappointed by how they handled this. I'm honestly not sure if I'll buy from them again.
