Honestly, I've been getting tired of traditional perfumes lately because of that alcohol smell, and sometimes the fragrance feels too heavy. So these days, I just spray this on my hair before I head out, and that's it. A coworker kept sniffing around whenever I'd use this, saying how amazing it smells. Eventually they asked me what it was and ended up buying it themselves! Since this is a fragrance mist, it's really just about the scent, so I don't see much benefit for actually improving hair condition. That's why I still use a separate hair essence on top of it.
