The formula feels noticeably smoother and more refined. The fragrance has this lovely sweet and fresh quality that's really refreshing. I'm impressed by the pyrithione zinc ingredient - it seems like it would be fantastic for managing dandruff and keeping your scalp healthy. There's really nothing to complain about overall. This works great even for long hair. I used the seaweed shampoo bar before, but my hair felt so dry and straw-like that I never wanted to use it again. The menthol version is different though—it feels smooth and soft without that drying sensation. I was really hoping for that refreshing menthol tingle, but honestly, I don't feel it at all. If you're using a shampoo bar, please make sure to follow up with a really good conditioner. Solid conditioner bars don't work well with this. Cream conditioners don't work well either. I'd recommend a liquid conditioner instead. Trust me, if you skip this step, your hair will end up feeling rough and damaged.

My head feels so refreshed and it's perfect for summer use. That said, after using it for a while, I've noticed the cooling sensation isn't quite as intense as when I first started. The lather is fantastic though, and it really strips away all that greasy buildup. This product really does an amazing job of removing excess oil from your hair. It has such a refreshing feel that it's absolutely perfect for summer. This shampoo bar from Tone28 has the best ingredients of all their offerings, and everything about it—from the packaging to the shipping—is eco-friendly. I absolutely love the fresh, cool scent. I have an oily scalp, so even though I'm a woman, I decided to try the men's version. It's honestly so easy to use! I have a really itchy scalp and tend to get oily hair, so I decided to try a menthol shampoo. Since I have long hair, when I lather it up and leave it on for about 5 minutes, the cooling effect is absolutely amazing and so refreshing. Even leaving it on for just 1-2 minutes gives you that wonderful cooling sensation. If you have a very sensitive scalp or any cuts or sores, it might feel a bit stingy, but I didn't experience that. Just to be safe, I use it about twice a week to avoid any irritation. After rinsing, there's a minty scent to it, kind of like peppermint. Since my main concern is keeping my hair and scalp healthy, I don't worry too much about the shampoo fragrance anymore and just go with it. I have naturally oily hair, but since using this shampoo line, my hair is noticeably less greasy. My hair stays fresher even the next day, which is fantastic. I trust these products because they have great ingredients and are made with environmental responsibility in mind, so I keep using them. I'm completely satisfied and will definitely keep using them. After washing, my hair feels quite dry and stiff, so I really need to use a conditioner or treatment afterward, and applying a hair essence helps too. That way it becomes softer and feels better. The main downside is the price point, which is quite expensive. I rinse with lukewarm water and finish with a quick cool water rinse, which really amplifies that cooling effect and feels amazing. It's perfect for summer use. Using it with a foaming net makes it so convenient and easy to apply.
