The fragrance is absolutely wonderful. It has such a calming and soothing scent that it feels like aromatherapy. The name "Meditation" is perfectly matched with this rich yet subtle fragrance that really lives up to its meaning. The scent is absolutely lovely! Even though the body formula is on the lighter side, I use it all summer long. I apply it before bed and wake up with such soft, smooth skin—it's wonderful! I wish the product size was bigger and the price was a bit lower. I don't think I'll be repurchasing it.

The lightweight formula delivers impressive hydration. Most lightweight formulas tend to prioritize fragrance over moisture, but this meditation product from Tone28 absorbs beautifully while still providing excellent hydration, leaving your skin feeling incredibly comfortable! Plus, it doesn't leave a white cast, so you can get dressed right away, which is fantastic! If you have very dry skin, you might find the hydration level isn't quite enough for your needs. Try applying the meditation emulsion before bed and take a few moments to meditate! You'll find your racing thoughts fade away, and you'll drift into a peaceful night's rest.

The silver lining is that despite how it looks, I'm diligent with my skincare routine, so my skin feels quite smooth. People with dry skin typically swear by Cetaphil, Aveeno, and Physiogel—I rotate through all three, but I get a bit tired of the unscented formulas. So I decided to venture into Tom28 territory for something with a bit of fragrance. The scent was a mystery to me, so it felt like a gamble, but it turned out differently than expected—yet it's still captivating! If you usually love woody, patchouli, neroli, full florals, earthy undertones, spicy notes, rain-soaked wood, or sandalwood vibes, I'd say give this a try without hesitation. It reminds me of a rain-drenched grassy forest filled with hinoki cypress—there's something magnetic about it that keeps drawing me back, and it has this wonderful aromatherapy effect that calms both mind and body. The oil itself isn't overly rich or too light. When I use it alongside the body emulsion, the hydration is absolutely perfect. What I love most is how smoothly it glides on and how beautifully it absorbs. The body emulsion applies thinly and absorbs quickly, so I initially worried it would feel dry after a while. But it delivers similar moisture levels to Physiogel, which is ideal for my parched skin. I'll need to use it more to be completely sure, but since the scent is so lovely, I'm planning to make this my nighttime go-to rather than a daily staple. Even when applied solo, the oil feels non-sticky and absorbs wonderfully into skin. The complimentary mini size is perfect for my earlobes and cuticles—it's great for massage with a gua sha too. I'm happy with both the emulsion and oil. Just know the fragrance is polarizing! If you typically gravitate toward sweet, fruity, or floral scents, this definitely isn't for you. Some might say it smells masculine or like a man's skincare product. But if you appreciate neutral, grounding fragrances that feel healing, this is your scent! The aroma lingers gently on the skin with a lovely aromatherapy benefit. My only wish is that the quantity were a bit more generous for the price point! I really love using the emulsion and oil together.
