I loved it so much that I bought it for my daughter-in-law who has really dry, chapped lips, and now she's on her fourth repurchase. She says it's the best lip balm she's ever tried. I really hope this product never gets discontinued. I absolutely recommend it. I'd be grateful if the formula could be made a bit gentler since it can end up in your mouth when you apply it. I keep it on my nightstand and make sure to apply it every single day without forgetting.

Since the product name includes the word 'lip butter,' I expected a richer formula than a typical lip balm, but it turned out to be more lightweight than anticipated! The hydration is satisfying, and the amount, feel, and application are all great. Texture & Application Feel The tube format is super convenient. You just swipe it on your lips and it melts right in without feeling heavy or patchy. When applied, it instantly gives your lips a subtle shine and creates a protective barrier on the lips. The scent is hard to describe, but it's not strange, not overly strong, or artificial, so it doesn't interfere with the experience. I can't speak to exfoliating effects, but the hydration is definitely there! Moisture & Results Since my lips tend to get dry and flaky easily, I noticed fewer flakes and much softer lips after using this lip butter. Especially when I apply a thick layer before bed, I wake up with lips that feel less dry and like there's still a protective layer on them. I've tried many lip balms, but this is the first daily essential that delivers both glossy shine and hydration. I'm really happy with it! My skin type is oily to combination, and I've never experienced severe acne. When a product doesn't work for me, I get redness, itching, and small bumps. My T-zone tends to be oily, and heavy oils don't suit me. My skin responds best to low molecular weight hyaluronic acid rather than high molecular weight. Products that clog pores or contain too much silicone cause congestion on my face. This is literally my holy grail lip balm! The Etude ginger lip balm was too thick and inconvenient to remove in the morning. This one isn't heavy, so I can apply it generously before bed, and when I wake up and remove it, my lips feel incredibly soft and smooth! The only downside is that if you apply it beyond the lip line, you might get small bumps that look like sebaceous spots around the mouth area. Make sure to apply it only within the lip line to avoid this. The tip is easy to apply and it doesn't feel too sticky, which I really love There's nothing I'm disappointed about - I keep using it as part of my daily routine

It's colorless but does have a scent, so if you're into fragrant products, this could be a good pick for you. The ingredients aren't great, so I definitely won't be repurchasing. Since you're applying this directly to your lips, the ingredient quality really matters. Apply a generous amount before bed. The scent is lovely and it hydrates beautifully. This is the product all my friends ended up buying too!!! The formula does feel a bit slick on the surface, if I'm being honest. I apply it generously and use it as a mask before bed..! I really recommend it. I touch it up throughout the day and leave it on overnight as a treatment.
