I started using this in January on a friend's recommendation, and since I didn't want to overuse it, I've been applying it three times a week. The difference between the days I use it and the days I don't is really noticeable! I have extremely flaky skin on my legs and frequently dealt with ingrown hairs, so I decided to give this a try. Once the dead skin cleared up, my hair stopped getting tangled and grows in so much better now! The citrus scent lingers beautifully without being overpowering. Since it's a sugar scrub, it dissolves smoothly when you massage it in during your shower with no sticky residue left behind. The packaging is so cute that it actually looks great displayed in your bathroom. The downside is that you need to scoop it out with wet hands. I'm completely devoted to Treehut body scrub - it's the only one I use! Honestly, other scents give me headaches, but this one has such a fresh, crisp fragrance that it feels light and easy to use without any guilt. You can absolutely use it in place of body wash, and the moment you step out of the bath, you'll immediately notice how incredibly soft your skin feels. I didn't experience any stinging or irritation while using it either! Since it's sugar-based, it dissolves instantly when it touches water, which is so convenient. I'm definitely repurchasing this as soon as I finish my current jar! Just a heads up - the product can get a bit sticky around the opening, so the lid might feel tacky. My younger sister uses the pineapple version at home and loves how well it works. The formula is fantastic, but the scent was a bit too sweet for my taste, so I switched to the Vitamin C version instead. I'm absolutely thrilled with it! The fragrance is fresh and zesty, and it exfoliates so gently that my skin feels incredibly soft and smooth. I really wish a applicator spoon came included with this product. This scrub offers amazing value for the price, and I absolutely love the scent. It's become a staple in my routine! The only downside is that it comes in a jar format, so you have to scoop it out. I've tried several body scrubs since using this one first, but I always find myself coming back to it! Personally, I prefer body scrubs with larger granules, and this one delivers exactly that. I'm really impressed with how pleasant it is. Exfoliation could be stronger: Since the scrub is so gentle, it doesn't feel quite effective enough for areas with stubborn dead skin like my elbows and heels. I wish it had a bit more power for those tougher spots. No included applicator: It would have been more hygienic to use if it came with a spoon. That way I wouldn't have to use my fingers every time. For best results, thoroughly soften your skin with lukewarm water before using this product. Nothing beats a good exfoliation like you'd get at a bathhouse, but since I can't go that often, I've been buying and using exfoliating products regularly. What really stands out compared to other products is how well it moisturizes, and my skin feels incredibly smooth and soft after using it. Sure, the granules do provide some friction on the skin, but it's totally manageable. The price is a bit steep, and you have to be careful when applying it so water doesn't get in there. That's really my only complaint! Just grab it when Olive Young has a sale! I picked mine up last month after testing the scent in-store, though I'm not sure if they're still doing that now.
