I recommend this foam cleanser to those with dry skin who want a gentle, pH-balanced formula that sits perfectly between cleansing gels and milks—less slippery than the former, less squeaky-clean than the latter. The formula itself has a pleasantly thick consistency that glides smoothly without any irritation when massaging, and it produces less lather compared to other foam cleansers. Among all the foam cleansers I've tried, Toriden's hyaluronic acid version is the most hydrating, and this one feels slightly less moisturizing but cleanses more refreshingly than Toriden. Usually, when a cleanser produces minimal bubbles like this, it struggles to remove sunscreen, but Trimay handles even hydrating tone-up sunscreen without any trouble. While it contains citric acid as an exfoliating ingredient, my extremely sensitive atopic skin tolerates it beautifully with zero irritation, even with twice-daily use. That said, if you're accustomed to more powerful formulas like Senka Perfect Whip or Medipeel Collagen Foam that strip moisture down to the core, this might feel like it's not cleansing enough.
