This product seems to work through digestive regularity rather than direct weight loss. It's more about promoting healthy bowel movements, you know? I take this alongside other probiotic supplements, and honestly, when I use them separately, I can't really tell much of a difference. But together? The results are incredible. I feel so much more confident knowing this contains 7 patented probiotic strains~ With 1 billion probiotics included, I've been taking probiotics on an empty stomach lately and I can really tell the difference - my digestive system feels so much healthier and my bowel movements are so much more comfortable~ I haven't been using it long enough to see changes in my body composition yet, but I'm hoping that with consistent use it'll help reduce body fat too :) The powder formula is super convenient - I can even take it without water~ Honestly, I don't have any complaints~ The only thing that would make it even better is if the price came down a bit!
