I'm really satisfied with how easy it is to get a good amount of vitamin D in one go. Like other chewable supplements, it just tastes like a pleasant gel candy. With a product like this, any side effects really just depend on how much each person takes, so I don't think there's anything particularly disappointing about it. Take your supplement and make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day (not all at once).

I feel like I'm getting healthier. I'd love it if more people would try this product. The results are really impressive! However, the price is a downside for me. It's not as affordable as I'd hoped, which is disappointing. I'm thinking twice about repurchasing.
