I've been taking powdered probiotics for the longest time, so capsules feel like a nice change. When I tried that famous vaginal probiotic product from Jarrow before, I didn't really notice any difference. The powdered probiotic didn't seem to do much either. That's why I decided to just eat yogurt and exercise instead. After skipping probiotics for a while, as I got older, my digestion started to suffer and my stomach and gut weren't doing well, so I went looking for probiotics again. That's when I found this product. I didn't have high expectations, but honestly, it's been amazing for my digestive regularity. Lately, I'd been feeling bloated and having a hard time with bathroom trips. But just 2-3 days after starting this probiotic, my mornings became so much easier. It's really incredible. I'm definitely going to keep taking this regularly. I love how compact and handy the size is. The capsules aren't tiny, but they're not huge either, and they go down smoothly without any trouble. The only downside is the price. Oh, and it turns out this is a 'skin' probiotic. This is my first time trying a probiotic that focuses on skin health, and I think you'd need to take it consistently to really see the benefits.
