The color is really versatile and works beautifully on everyone, whether you have warm or cool undertones. It starts out sheer and delicate, but builds up to a richer red the more you layer it on. It might be the change of seasons, but when I apply it, my lips feel irritated and uncomfortable.

My personal color is a cool winter tone. Whenever I find bold purples or vibrant lip tints and lipsticks too intense, or when I want to dial back the color for a subtle image refresh, I layer this on top to create a more refined look. When I want to achieve an elegant yet natural appearance with just this product alone, I reach for it. There's no patchy application or obvious lip product appearance, so I use it effortlessly in my everyday routine. I've noticed there's a slight tint to it. I didn't experience any separation or uneven wear. I also think people with lighter undertones would get great use out of this. Since my lips naturally have some color to them, others have mentioned that wearing just this product makes it look like I'm wearing a deeper lip color. I didn't find any downsides. There aren't any. This is my absolute holy grail product! It's definitely pigmented, but it's perfect as a lip tint. The value for money is incredible, and even though it has a glossy finish, the color is genuinely stunning and unique. If you prefer cooler tones or want something similar to Rom&nd Bare Grape at a lower price point, this is a great alternative. The shade seems to work beautifully for all cool undertones It runs out faster than expected, and if you don't control the amount, it applies way too intensely red
