I've been repurchasing and using this product continuously from newborn stage through around age two. It's gentle and has great ingredients, plus the foam pump dispenser makes it really convenient to use. It leaves skin feeling moisturized without any dryness, and it's fragrance-free. Honestly, there wasn't anything I disliked about it. I consulted about my child's skin and ended up purchasing this alongside the Suede Emulsion baby shampoo! The scent is nearly fragrance-free with a unique character, but the lather is wonderfully creamy and rinses out beautifully. The cleansing power is fantastic, and after washing, the skin feels incredibly soft with noticeable moisturizing benefits. If I had to compare, it feels gentler than Pure Lube. I've tried so many shampoos and emulsions over the years, so I know what I'm talking about! What really impressed me is that even when it accidentally splashed into my child's eyes during a quick wash, there was no stinging or tears. If you're looking for a truly gentle baby shampoo, I genuinely recommend this product. This is my honest take as someone who paid for it myself! Personally, I wish the lavender scent came through a bit stronger, but since I was searching for a gentle baby shampoo, the subtle fragrance feels just right. Since this is an all-in-one product, just 3 to 5 pumps covers shampooing and body washing, which really cuts down on bath time with the kids. I love that it has a pump dispenser, making it so convenient to use, and it's gentle on my skin. I've already repurchased it! There aren't really any downsides, but if I had to mention something, it does run out pretty quickly.
