Color: It's a sunscreen with a light, pale yellow tone. Application: It's not as thin as the popular sun essences on the market right now, but it's definitely much lighter and more fluid than a regular sunscreen. Tone-up effect: There's minimal brightening effect—it feels like a straightforward UV protection sunscreen. If you're not a fan of that tone-up look, this one's perfect for you. The one thing I found disappointing was that noticeable residue and that slightly tight, uncomfortable feeling on the face that's typical of sunscreen. The scent is naturally woodsy and forest-like, and the application is absolutely wonderful. It feels like applying a hydrating moisturizer - not too thick, not too slick, with just the right balance so your skin doesn't look greasy. I think it works beautifully for all skin types. On my tanned face, I noticed about half a shade of brightening, but on my pale arms, there wasn't much of a brightening effect. The generous size makes it perfect for using on your neck and arms too. Even after a few hours, excess oil didn't build up, and there's definitely a cooling sensation that left the applied areas feeling refreshed. I'd recommend this to anyone who doesn't want heavy brightening and to those looking for a full-size sunscreen they can use generously on their face, neck, and arms. I've always struggled to find the right sunscreen for my problematic skin, but this one is so gentle and didn't irritate my skin at all. It finishes fresh without any oily residue, so there's no greasy shine, and I could use it without worrying about breakouts. What really impressed me is that it contains soothing ingredients, so it's soft and lightweight enough to apply comfortably even on days when my skin is sensitive. It absorbs beautifully without any pilling, and the generous amount means I can use it generously without feeling guilty. If you have trouble-prone skin, this is definitely a product worth trying. The formula is so lightweight and fresh that it worked great during summer, but on drier days, I definitely felt the moisturizing benefits were lacking. There's this feeling like my skin is being pulled tight, you know? Plus, it doesn't have any brightening function, so it really just felt like I was using it purely for sun protection. The scent is subtle, but on sensitive days it was a bit bothersome. The tube opening is also quite wide, which made it tricky to control how much product I was dispensing, and on days when my skin wasn't in great condition, I noticed it would slightly shift around on my face. I found that if I apply the sunscreen after my basic skincare routine has settled down a bit, it adheres much better and doesn't shift. For problematic skin, just applying this cleanly on its own feels less burdensome and more convenient. But since this was specifically formulated for acne-prone skin, they've minimized the oil content and included soothing ingredients, so I can apply it with complete confidence. The texture glides on incredibly smoothly and feels nourishing, yet it finishes with a fresh, clean feel that makes it perfect to wear under makeup. Best of all, there's absolutely no white cast, which I absolutely love! The price is a bit steep. Other brands offer buy-one-get-one deals at similar price points, but this one doesn't come with any bundle sets or promotional offers. It's only sold as a single product, which is disappointing.
